Holguin, Alice May
Born May 13, 1923, Alice passed away on January 10, 2003. She was the proud daughter of Jose and Esther Olguin. She was the devoted sister to Estella, Grace, Dolores, and brothers Henry and Joe. She had nieces and nephews who loved her very much: Brian, Henry, Joe and Mark; Franklin, Thomas and Rebecca, Karen, Kelly and Arthur, Leonard, Steven and Ralph and James. Also part of her loving family were Celestine, Victoria, and Robert. Although she never had children, she was blessed to have nephew Joseph live and care for her for over 20 years. She considered him no less than her son. Alice felt strongly about family. She lived her life completely dedicated to caring for her family. We will continue to follow her way of life and bless each other with love. We will always miss her, and we will never forget her. May God bless her and may she always be an inspiration of warmth and happiness to all who knew her. Services will be held on Wed. Jan. 15 at Rock of Salvation Church (122 So. Evergreen) at 10:00 am, and burial at 11:00 am at Evergreen Cemetery (204 No. Evergreen) in East Los Angeles.
