MCCOLL, S.C. — Bobbie Marie Locklear, 77, of McColl, S.C. passed away to her Heavenly home on Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2017.

Bobbie was a daughter of the late Arthur and Ila Locklear born on November 10, 1940 in Marlboro County, S.C. She was the owner and operator of Bobbie's Store Berea Stop & Shop. She was a faithful member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church where she served as the WMU Leader, youth Sunday school teacher and vacation Bible school teacher. She also served as a volunteer with Helping Hands. She loved cooking and sharing time with her family and friends.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Blease Locklear.

Bobbie leaves behind her daughter, Bonnie "Renee" Locklear (Donald) of McColl, S.C.; brothers, Blanchard "Shorty" Locklear of McColl, S.C.; Billie Locklear of Laurel Hill; her sisters, Blanch Locklear (Wayne), Betty Cooper both of Laurinburg; Bonnie McColl (Harold) of McColl, S.C.; Patsy Locklear of the home; her uncle raised as a brother, Marvin Locklear (Faye); grandchildren, Arthur Locklear, Clay Locklear and two great-grandchildren, Bethany Edward, Brayden Garner and her many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 25 at Richard Boles Funeral Service.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 26 at the Oak Grove Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Earl Henderson and Rev. Donald Bullard. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
