Willie Stamps
April 2, 1930 to February 1, 2014
Willie Stamps, age 83, passed away on February 1, 2014 at St. Bernardine's Hospital in San Bernardino, California after a brief illness. He was born in Utica, Mississippi and moved to San Bernardino in his twenties where he was a hard-working construction laborer for many years until retirement. He was married for sixteen years to Dorothy Stamps of San Bernardino. Mr. Stamps was preceded in death by his daughter Wilma Johnson, and leaves to cherish his memory his devoted daughters Marian Bellamy of Rialto, California, and Monique Dilworth of Upper Marlboro, Maryland. He is also survived by his sisters Mattie Waller of San Bernardino, and Annie Ruth Young of Detroit, Michigan. There were six sisters and two brothers that preceded him in death. His two sons in-law, four granddaughters, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends will all miss him dearly. Viewing will be held on Sunday, February 9th from 4:00 pm until 8:00 p.m. at the Montecito Valley View Chapel, 3520 E Washington St, Colton, CA 92324, 909-825-3024. The funeral will be held on Monday, February 10th at 10:00 at the Montecito Valley View Chapel.

You have my deepest condolences Willie was a great guy he was always happy and loved his girls and his Cadillac and the stories he could tell of life was unreal but very true he was like family to me and my mom Pam.we loved him.
