Dear Pontrelli Family,
I was blessed to get to know your father briefly while training as a Eucharistic Minister at St. Andrews. Not only did we have some mutual friends I really enjoyed his humor, he was such a dear man. He will truly be missed in this world. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My prayers to your family this holiday season. I will miss Pop on his walks around the neighborhood stopping to chat with me and offer a kind word. He was so happy to be here with your family and share a life in Oregon. He will truly be missed.

I was sorry to miss Chris's funeral and send my deepest condolences to the family. He dearly loved his months in Oregon and spoke so happily of his family there. I will miss seeing his sunny, warm and infectious smile at St Andrew's morning masses but will always remember how he would light up a small space with that smile.
Blessings on Chris and his family.
