Dale Alexander Sulkevich, age 48, passed away on July 31, 2012. Dale was born on March 12, 1964 in Hazleton, PA. He is survived by his wife Barbara, his children Matthew, Kristen,
Nicholas and Kathleen, his parents Anthony and Jean and his loving family. Services will be on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 8:30 am at Custer Christiansen Chapel at 124 S Citrus Ave, Covina, CA. Burial will be at Riverside National Cemetery.
