Creighton Lacey-Baker

Creighton Lacey-Baker passed away peacefully from complications of Parkinson's disease on January 26, 2013 at his winter home in PGA West, La Quinta, CA with his loving wife of 30 years, Debby, at his side. He was also a resident of Lake Oswego, OR for 17 years. Born March 31, 1937, he was raised and educated in Long Beach, CA having graduated from Wilson High School in 1955. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from LBSU in 1959, where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. Creighton worked in the Financial Services Industry, specializing in Mutual Funds for 30 years. He achieved much success at Massachusetts Financial Services, Integrated Resources, and Transamerica Funds Distributors, where he retired as President in 1994. Retirement allowed him to pursue his passion for golf. He is survived by wife Debby, son James, and daughter Dina. A celebration of life will be held February 21 at 11:00 a.m. at the Old Ranch Country Club, 3901 Lampson Ave., Seal Beach, CA. Please sign the guest book at www.presstelegram.com/obits.
