George Orlando
"Jungle George"
Born in Chicago in 1940, George passed away peacefully at his San Bernardino home. George grew up in Tucson and lived in Southern California for 30+ years. He served as an electrician in the U.S. Navy and Merchant Marines. After retirement, he continued his support of all Veteran groups and The American Legion. He loved riding his Harley and lived a good life helping others. He is loved and survived by his sister, Linda, and his nephews Ken and Scott. He will be missed by many, many friends in many states.
A farewell service will be held Saturday, September 1st, 3pm at American Legion Post #30, 239 E. Holt Avenue, Pomona, CA 91766. If you wish to honor George with a donation, it can be made to Post #30 (address above) or American Legion Riders Post #777, 194 E. 40th Street, San Bernardino, CA 92404.
