Harvey Ervin Beaman
May 13, 1933 - June 28, 2013
Harvey Beaman passed away on June 28, 2013 in Arcadia, CA. He was born in Parkers Prairie, Minnesota, the second son of Norma Iverson Beaman and John Carroll Beaman. He graduated from Parkers Prairie High School in 1953, after which he joined the U.S.
for two years. Harvey lived the majority of his 80 years under the sunny skies of Southern California, spending the last two decades of his life at the foothills in Duarte, CA. After retiring from the printed circuitboard industry in 2000, Harvey embraced retirement, actively participating in the Duarte
as well as spending happy times gardening, cooking, and clockmaking.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Kathy Beaman, his son Todd Beaman, his daughters Stacie Beaman-Weber and Tammy Jackson, his stepson Hobie Barnes, his grandchildren Jessica, Kaileb, Trevor, Tanner, and Trent, and his brothers Dale, Daryl, Jerry, and Paul.
Harvey's ashes will be dispersed atop Halloran Summit on the way to Las Vegas, one of his favorite places. A celebration of his life will be held on August 17, 2013 at the Duarte Elks Lodge.
