Helen Woodward Webster, 84 was born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin on January 18, 1929 to Lena and Adolph Hartmann, the youngest of nine brothers and sisters. She passed away on September 30, 2013 in Chandler, Arizona. Helen moved to Southern California with her husband Stephen (Woody) Woodward Jr. in 1946. Helen resided in the Pomona Valley area for over 50 years. She was an avid sports fan and loved her Green Bay Packers, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Rancho Cucamonga Quakes. She was active in her church, Trinity Lutheran and in the Lions Club. She is survived by her sister, Lorraine Van Dusen, two children, Stephen Woodward III and DeLeine Charette (Jerry) along with three grandchildren, Jerry (Jay) Charette, Nicole Campbell (Rick), Stephanie Olson (Dan), and three great grandchildren, Ashley Charette and Tristan and Rachel Campbell. A memorial and celebration of her life will be held at Trinity Lutheran, 5080 Kingsley St. ,Montclair, CA, 91763 on Saturday, October 26th at 10:30 am with burial at Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, 21300 E. Via Verde St., Covina, CA, 91724. A reception to follow at Trinity Lutheran Church.
