VIRGINIA SHEEHAN Obituary

Age 83, of Panorama City, California. Died January 6, 2011, after a long illness. Virginia was born May 13, 1927 to John and Florence Moore. She was married to James Sheehan Sr. for 56 years, who she met at North Hollywood High School. She worked for the Los Angeles Unified School District. Virginia is survived by her children, Kristine (Dennis) Gherardi and James (Carol) Sheehan; grandchildren, Molly and Sara Sheehan and Kevin Gherardi; sister, Donna Irvin. She was preceded in death by her husband, James; grandson, Kenny Ferguson; and sister, Arlene Johnson. Services will be held at Mission Hills Catholic Mortuary. Viewing January 12, 2011, 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., and Funeral Service January 13, 2011, 11:00 a.m. Directors 818-361-7387

She was a wonderful Grandmother to me and I will never forget her. The one thing I always will remember is making sugar cookie. I spent alot of time with her watching and helping cook. I will truly miss her with all my heart but I so happy she is at peace. Have fun grandma singing and dancing in heaven can't wait to some day join you.
