He was born in New York City, raised in Hell's Kitchen, and lived in New York all his life until moving to Rancho Cucamonga last year with his wife Gena. In civilian life he was a Master Rigger and owned his own rigging and commercial diving company whose motto was "No job too high or too deep." Frank is survived by his wife Gena, with whom he recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. He is also survived by their 5 children, 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Rudy. A rosary and viewing will be held at Stone Funeral Home in Upland, CA on Monday, January 21st at 630pm. Funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, January 22nd at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Upland, followed by internment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Rowland Heights.
