Antonio "Tony"Alfredo Rios, 41, of Las Cruces entered enteral life Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013 at Memorial Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. "Tony," as he was fondly known to family and friends, was born Jan. 6, 1972 in El Paso, Texas and worked as a restaurant manager for many years. He was a devoted member of the Roman Catholic Church. Those left to mourn his passing include his loving fiancée, Lupe Jimenez of the family home; a son, Antonio Alfredo Rios, Jr., and a brother Jose Rios and wife Lorenza all of El Paso. He was preceded in death by his mother, Maria M. Rios, three uncles, Antonio, Juan and Agapito Rios. At Tony's request cremation has taken place and recitation for the holy rosary is scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 18, 2013 at St. Genevieve's Catholic Church, 100 S. Espina St., where the memorial mass will follow immediately thereafter with the Rev. Christopher Williams officiating. Inurnment of cremains will follow at St. Genevieve's Columbarium. Serving as honorary bearers will be Jose Rios, Philip Jimenez, Antonio A. Rios, Jr., Mario S. Jimenez, Tony Jimenez, Ruben Moreno, Eloy Jimenez and Mario Jimenez III.
