Dwight Lee Miller, 63, lost his battle with pneumonia on Jan. 25, 2014, at Mountain View Regional Medical Center. He was the youngest of seven children, born Dec. 31, 1950 in Mount Vernon, Ohio, to Isaac William Burl and Gertrude Earlene (Hawk) Miller. Dwight married Laura (Valles) Miller on Dec. 12, 1989, in Arizona. He is survived by three children, Jaide (David) Hardan: David, Laura of the home. He is also survived by siblings Carl (Georgia) Miller of Mount Vernon; Allen (Judy) Miller of Bremerton,
Wash.; Roy (Linda) Miller of Mount Gilead, Ohio; James (Dixie) Miller of Fredericktown, Ohio; Thomas (Sue) Miller of Howard, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his father in 1997, his mother in 2001 and his sister Anna Mae (Eugene) Bennett in 2002. Dwight graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1968 and Ohio State University
in 1972. He retired from White Sands Test Facility with 33 years of service in 2010. Visitation will be on Thursday, Jan. 30, 2014 from noon to 2 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m. at Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Venus Chapel. Burial will be at Masonic Cemetery.
