Felix Lovato

Felix G. Lovato, 91 passed peacefully on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Clayton, NM on Jan. 14, 1922 to Guillermo and San Juanita Lovato. After his time as a merchant marine, Felix worked in refrigeration for much of his career, and was later the owner of Tico Refrigeration for many years. Felix is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his devoted wife Lidiette of 44 years; his daughters, Lissette Hartman and her companion Chris DiMora of Las Cruces, NM, Jenny Zamarripa and her husband Ben Zamarripa of Henderson, Nev.; and his three grandchildren Isaiah, Devan and Isabella. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013 beginning at 6 p.m. at La Paz-Graham's Funeral Home. A private burial will be held at Fort Bliss National Cemetery on Friday, Feb. 8 at 1:30 p.m. Our family is extremely grateful to everyone for their care, food, prayers and condolences.
