Frank M. Garcia, 82, a resident of Silver City, N.M., entered eternal rest Monday, Nov. 11, 2013, at Gila Regional Medical Center. He was born Aug. 8, 1931, in Fierro, N.M., to Frank K. and Amalia Molina Garcia. Mr. Garcia proudly served his country with the U.S. Navy. Frank worked for 31 years as superintendent for San Jose City in California. He was a hard worker. He loved to dance. He was a man of many talents. He is survived by his loving wife of 11 years, Mary, of the family home; one daughter, Susanna Marie Sanchez and husband, Fred, of California; two sons, Stephen Patrick Garcia and wife, Nadine, and Ernest Michael Garcia and wife, Clara, all of California; a stepson, Carlos Lamb and wife, Phyllis, of Idaho; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Sammy Garcia; and sister, Elvira. A memorial service will take place Saturday, April 12 at 2 p.m. at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with Dr. Gilbert Arizaga reciting. Cremation has taken place at Terrazas Crematory.
