Thomas George Boyle, a resident of Deming, New Mexico, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at Mimbres Memorial Hospital, with his family by his bedside. Thomas was born on April 7, 1931, in Fall River, Massachusetts, to Joseph Boyle and Agnes Hall. Tom was fun-loving man, full of life and full of love for friends and family. Thomas served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He received the Silver Star and Purple Heart. He will be truly missed by all of his family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife, Virginia Boyle of Deming; one daughter-in-law, Patty Young of Bayard, New Mexico; two grandchildren, Amanda Urbina of Bayard, and Richie Borrego and his wife, Hilda, of Anthony, New Mexico, and four great-grandsons; Darian, Armando and Isaiah Borrego and Estevan Urbina. He is preceded in death by both of his parents and his son, Kenneth Young Jr. Viewing will take place on Thursday, June 12, 2014 from 10-11 a.m., with the holy rosary beginning at 11 a.m., Gilbert Arizaga reciting, at Terrazas Funeral Chapels. The funeral Mass will follow at Our Lady of Fatima at noon, with the Rev. Paulus Kao officiating. Concluding services with an interment and full military honors will take place at Fort Bayard National Cemetery at 1 p.m. Pallbearers are Darian Borrego, Carlos Llamas, Thomas Wedgewood, Harley, B.J. and J.R Villines.
