Ana Ortega Obituary
Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother (mami), sister, aunt and friend, Ana Lujan Ortega, 75, of Tortugas left her dwelling place on earth and entered eternal life to be with her heavenly Father on Thursday, March 14, 2013 in Phoenix, Ariz. She was born Dec. 28, 1937 in El Porvenir Distrito Bravo, Chihuahua, Mexico to Severiano and Ramona Holguin Lujan. Mrs. Ortega lived for her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She lived her life to the fullest and never missed an opportunity to go out with her husband, family and friends. Ana enjoyed pampering herself and always looked her finest no matter where you saw her. She was always done up with her clothing, hair, nails and make-up. She was fortunate to have a son and granddaughters who owned a salon that she visited on a daily basis. Mrs. Ortega was outgoing, fun, loving and always enjoyed a good time. She enjoyed going to the casinos and was a bingo player. Not a day went by that there wasn't someone at her house. Every Tuesday, she cooked for her family and always had a pot of beans ready on the stove. She was the center and heart of her family and was proud of the beautiful and united family that she created. Her husband's, children's and grandchildren's lives revolved around her. You never saw her without her husband they lived for each other and were always complimented on their appearance, dancing and love for one another. Mrs. Ortega was a communicant at the Shrine and Parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe. She loved going to mass every Sunday with her whole family and having brunch afterwards. Mrs. Ortega always said, "Yo no soy rica, soy millionaria tengo a mi viejito y a mis hijos."
