Neva June Yeager Hunt of El Paso, Texas. Died August 19, 2014 in Hartley, Texas. She was born June 4, 1926, in Littlefield, Texas to William G. Yeager and Louise Beisel Yeager. She had two sisters, Bobbie Jean and Mary Kathryn.
June grew up in Hobbs, NM. During the war she drove a truck delivering bread to Hobbs Army Airbase in the early morning hours before school.
After high school she married Lt. Irwin G. Forry, a bomber pilot who was soon deployed to Germany. June then moved with her parents to El Paso where her only child, Farrell G. Forry, was born.
June joined her father, grandfather, and uncles in their real estate business. She also opened an insurance agency in the real estate office.
1n 1955, June married again to Douglas L. Hung. She then started a new career when she trained and worked in a law office to become a paralegal. She was a paralegal until her retirement.
June was preceded in death by her husband D.L. Hunt, her parents Bill and Louise Yeager, and her sister Bobbie Butler.
She is survived by her sister Mary Biggins of Las Cruces. The sisters called each other four or five times every day. She is also survived by her greatest pride, her son Farrell G. Forry and his wife Pat; grandchildren Kim Sorrels (Cole), Tod Forry, Carey Starks (DJ); great grandchildren Ashlee Parker (Drew), Katelyn and McKenzy Starks, Kullen and Taeler Sorrels, Cale, Canton and Cash Forry all of Dalhart, Texas; nieces and nephews Tom Russell (CO), Cindy Burson (AZ), Kathy Yearwood (TX), Butch Biggins (FL), Melissa Oberleas, Bill Biggins, and Mary Caruthers (Las Cruces, NM); special friends Juan and Mayela Sosa of El Paso. Private memorial will be held at a later date according to her wishes.
