Arvilla Alice Yegge, 93 of Las Cruces entered eternal life Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at Sagecrest Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was born April 6, 1919 in Clinton, Iowa to William and Maude Kelloge Sullivan. Arvilla was a very passionate loving lady that enjoyed life and her family to the fullest. She was a homemaker. Survivors include one daughter, Sandra Garris of Las Cruces; three step-daughters, Cindy Yegge, Ana Baker and Mary Wengert; a son, Larry Carstensen; granddaughter, Nicole Garris and her children, Nicolas Garris-Heath, Briana and Tyler Black, as well as numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her 1st husband, Lester and 2nd husband, Henry; a step-daughter, Francie Poole and a step-son, Joe Yegge, two sisters and three brothers. At her request cremation will take place and services will be held in Clinton, Iowa at a later date.
