Robert E. Yost, 95, passed away on May 14, 2013 in Las Cruces, NM. Mr. Yost was born on Nov. 12, 1917 in Hanover, Pa. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Finance. He was a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He worked for the CPA firm of Haskins and Sells in Philadelphia, Pa. for 15 years. In 1946 he married Kathryn Hook and they had two children, a son, Gregory and a daughter, Keyosha. He began a career with Ford Motor Company in 1958 and worked in Dearborn, Mich. for Ford for 25 years. He retired from Ford in 1983. In 1995 for health reasons he moved from Michigan to Las Cruces. While living here he was active in the Senior Olympics for three years. He was a member of the Elks Lodge and the Hospitality Club. He has enjoyed playing golf at the Sonoma Golf Course and the University Golf Course. He regularly attended Tom Young's Fitness Center. He was also a regular attendee of the First Baptist Church of Las Cruces. Mr. Yost is survived by his son Gregory Yost of Houston, Texas and his daughter Keyosha of Lansing, Mich. He is also survived by one brother, Herbert Yost of York, Pa. Arrangements are with La Paz-Graham's Funeral Home. Friends who wish can make a contribution to a
