Marian Miller

Marian I. Miller LEBANON Marian I. "Blondie" Miller, 89, died Sunday February 9, 2014, in the Lebanon Valley Home, Annville. She was the wife of the late Ernest A. "Barney" Miller who died in 1985. Born in Union Twp. on November 17, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Eva Houser Bomberger. She was employed in her earlier years at Barrymaid Mills, Lebanon. Marian was a graduate of Lebanon High School and attended Ebenezer United Methodist Church and God's Missionary Church, Lebanon. She was also a life member of the Ebenezer Fire Company and the last surviving charter member of the Ebenezer Fire Company Auxiliary. She was well known for making and selling her opera fudge. Surviving are two sons, Ronald M. husband of Joan M. Miller of Lebanon, Ernest H. husband of Christine Miller of Lebanon, a daughter Joann wife of Russell Steiner of Lebanon, four grandchildren Lisa Gingrich, Dr. Robert Steiner, Daniel Steiner, and Jacob Miller, and one great granddaughter Madeline Gingrich. She was preceded in death by a grandson Ronald M. Miller, Jr. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at the Chapel of the Lebanon Valley Home, 550 E. Main Street, Annville. Interment will be in Covenant/ Greenwood Cemetery, North Lebanon Twp. Viewing will be held on Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service.
