Paul K. Adey PALMYRA Paul K. Adey, 80, of 531 E. Cherry, Street, Palmyra, died Saturday, June 16, 2007, in his residence. He was the husband of Jeanette R. Houser Adey with whom he would have celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary this November. Born in Easton, Pa., on October 23, 1926, he was the son of the late Stewart and Emily Chubb Adey. He was a retired truck driver for New Penn Motor Express with 41 years of service where he received a safety award for 41 years of "Over the Road Excellence." He was a U.S .Navy veteran of World War II. He attended Palmyra High School, was a member of Kochenderfer's United Methodist Church, Lebanon, life member of the Annville VFW, 50-year member of the Annville American Legion Post 559, the Lickdale American Legion Post 910, and the Lebanon Navy Club. Surviving in addition to his wife are three sons, Karl, husband of Karen Adey of New Jersey, Thomas, husband of Claudia Adey of Tremont, and David Adey of Jonestown; two daughters, Karen, wife of Michael Garrison of Lebanon, and Sandra, wife of Scott Sudbury of Annville; a sister Sylvia, wife of Lloyd Meyer of Palmyra; 10 grandchildren; and eight greatgrandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. from the Kreamer Funeral Home, 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with military honors.
