Richard I. Buser LEBANON Richard I. Buser, 83, passed away on Friday, May 17, 2013, in Cedar Haven. He was the husband of Ruth M. Gockley Buser with whom he would have celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary in November, 2013. He was born in Lebanon, on March 30, 1930, a son of the late Irvin and Edith Wolfe Buser. He was a 1948 graduate of Lebanon High School and had served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Kittatinny Hunting and Fishing Club; Train Collectors Association; and TPA Post "E." He enjoyed gardening, walking, and spending time with his family. In addition to his wife, he is survived by children, Jenean, wife of Wayne Schell, Connie, wife of Michael Kreiser, and Brian and wife, Brenda Buser; stepchildren, Leo W. Moyer, III and wife, Deb, and Rulee, wife of Pedro Rivera; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brothers, Allen and William Buser; and sisters, Evelyn Ginder and Jean Johnson. Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon 17042, where a viewing will begin at 10 a.m. Interment will be made in the Covenant Greenwood Cemetery with full military honors.
