Romayne J. Agliotta LEBANON Romayne J. Agliotta, 77, died Friday, December 31, 2009, in the Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of Joseph A. Agliotta, to whom she was married 55 years on October 16, 2009. Born in Jessup, on June 20, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Angelo Parlanti and Leona Cassesi Parlanti. Romayne graduated from Norwalk High School in Norwalk, Conn. She started her teaching career at the Norwalk Elementary School then went on to teach 7th and 8th grades in the Barre Town School system in Barre, Vt., for many years. She was a former member of St. Monica's Catholic Church in Barre, Vt., were she sang in the choir for 20 years. She was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Church in Annville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Karen Agliotta of Boston, Mass., and Mary Agliotta of Schuylkill Haven; two sons, Joseph D., husband of Collen Agliotta of Jonestown, and Mark D. Agliotta of West Haven, Conn.; a brother, Eugene Parlanti of Norwalk Conn.; and four grandchildren, Jordan, Andrea, Elizabeth, and Michael. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. from St. Paul the Apostle Church, 125 Spruce St., Annville. Interment will be at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. A viewing will be held Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. with a Christian burial vigil at 8:45 p.m. at the Kreamer Funeral Home & Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville.
