Sarah C. Wagner PALMYRA Sarah "Sally" Catherine (Fleegal) Wagner, 70, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 6, 2014, at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Dale L. Wagner. She was born Tuesday, December 28, 1943, in Huntingdon, to the late Clinton "Barney" J. and Sarah C. (Long) Fleegal. She graduated from Hershey High School and in 1967, along with her husband, purchased the Rising Sun Restaurant in Campbelltown, which they still own and operate. She was a member of Campbelltown United Methodist Church. She enjoyed road trips, spending time at the beach, and anything that involved spending time in fellowship with family and friends. Most of all she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who will be missed by many. "A little lady with a big heart". She is survived by two sons, Jim L. Wagner and wife, Michelle of Palmrya, and Darryl L. Wagner and wife, Bethann of Palmyra; a granddaughter, Jennifer M. Wagner of Palmyra; and a sister, Gwyn Fleegal of Zelienople. She was predeceased by a brother, James H. Fleegal. A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 10, at 11 a.m. at Rothermel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra 17078 with Steve Alger officiating. Family and friends are invited for visitation from 9 a.m. until time of the service. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her honor to The Good Samaritan Hospital, Office of Development, 252 S. 4th St., Lebanon, PA 17042. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff of The Good Samaritan Hospital for their compassion and care over the last year.
