WILLOW STREET Charles E. (Charlie) Graby, 72, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 21, 2012 at Hospice of Lancaster County. Born October 17, 1939 in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was a son of the late Lloyd H. and Kathryn (Snavely) Graby. He will be lovingly missed by his wife of over 50 years, Mary Lou (Garrett) Graby. Mr. Graby was a member of Colemanville United Methodist Church. Charlie had been a tech education teacher for the Solanco and Manheim Township School Districts. He was a former Zoning Officer for Pequea Twp. Charlie enjoyed golf, reading, and sharing time with his friends and family. Most of all, Charlie was an avid and accomplished woodworker, and will be remembered for not only his gentle spirit, but also the many items that were produced from his backyard woodworking shop. In addition to his wife, Charlie is survived by his children: Jeff, husband of Kim Graby, Doug, husband of Bev Graby, Steve Graby, fiancee of Hope Banner, and Jill, wife of Michael Shuck; his brother: Richard Graby; his mother-in-law: Martha Garrett; and ten grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday at Colemanville United Methodist Church, 210 Colemanville Church Rd., Conestoga, with Rev. James Goudie officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Burial will be private and at the discretion of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Colemanville United Methodist Church Building Fund, 210 Colemanville Church Rd., Conestoga, PA 17516 or to the Hospice of Lancaster County, 685 Good Dr., P.O.
