Elmer H. Wolfe LEBANON Elmer H. Wolfe, 64, died Friday, January 4, 2013, in the Hyman S. Caplan Pavilion after a lengthy illness. He was the husband of Janice F. Thierwechter Wolfe, with whom he would have celebrated their 18th wedding anniversary in June 2013. He was born in Ephrata, on December 27, 1948, a son of the late Elmer J. and Dorothy Moore Wolfe. He was a retired heavy equipment operator, having worked for PennDot for over 20 years. He was a 1968 graduate of Ephrata High School and attended Zion of Iona U.M. Church. Elmer enjoyed hunting, camping, and boating. In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons, Robert L. Witman, William H. Wolfe, and Timothy B. Wolfe, all of Lebanon; nine grandchildren; brothers, Jerry and Kenneth Wolfe; sister, Elaine Clement; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Dennis Wolfe. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 12 p.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon 17042, where a viewing will begin at 11 a.m. Interment will be made in Grand View Memorial Park.
