Garman J. Hoover CAMPBELLTOWN Garman J. Hoover, 90, passed away Friday, April 26, 2013, at home. Born December 12, 1922, in Grantville, he was a son of the late John and Anna (Garman) Hoover. Retired from The Hershey Company and McDonald's, Palmyra, he was a U.S. Army Air Corp veteran of World War II. The widower of Marion L. (Davis) Hoover who died in 2004, he was also preceded in death by brother, Leroy Hoover; sister, Arlene Billow; and step brothers, Norman Gingrich, Harold Gingrich, and Doise Gingrich. Surviving are his son, Richard Hoover of Palmyra; daughters, Linda Haines of Elizabethtown, Donna Cassel of Palmyra, Faye Clark of Palmyra, and Bonnie Rosbach of Campbelltown; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Grantville Cemetery.
