Russell Ditzler, Jr. ANNVILLE Russell Jesse Ditzler, Jr., 67, passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2014, in the VA Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family. Rusty was born on April 19, 1946, in Pottsville, son to the late Russell J. Ditzler, Sr. and Jeraldine R. (Harro). He was retired from the Defense Logistics Agency as a computer operator and was recently employed by the Manheim Auto Auction. He served his country in the U. S. Navy. He attended the First United Methodist Church of Palmyra. He enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing and being in the great outdoors. Rusty is survived by Kathy Ann Leonard; son, David A. Ditzler; two brothers, Greg Ditzler, Sr. and his wife Ellen, Robert and his wife Trudy; sister, Judith Meek and her husband Greg; two grandsons, Ryan and Matthew Ditzler; nephews, Greg Jr. and Brett; and nieces, Carrie and Bobbie. In addition to his parents, Rusty is preceded in death by his daughter, Dana L. Ditzler. A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 14, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. in the Dailey Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 12 to 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Inurnment with full military honors will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. Memorial donations may be made to the
