Doris Mae Flory LEBANON Doris Mae Flory, 81, of Cedar Haven Nursing Home, formerly of Annville, died Friday, March 21, 2014, in the Home. She was the wife of Ronald J. Flory, to whom she was married 60 years. Born in Annville, on December 13, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Allen and Elsie Daub Kline Miller. She ran the family business, Miller's Nursery, Annville, for many years. Doris was a member of Christ Church United Church of Christ, Annville, where she was a former choir member, and a life time member of the Annville Union Hose Fire Co. Auxiliary. She was a talented artist, painter, and historian who wrote the history on Valley Glenn Park, the four different fire companies in Annville, and the history of the Annville Union Hose Fire Company for its 50th Anniversary. She was also instrumental in starting the Union Hose Canteen Truck. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a daughter, Crystal Suchon of Wisconsin; a sister, Betty, wife of Ernest Heisey of Annville; three grandchildren, Jennifer, Nicki, and Steven; and four great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. at the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
