Harold A. Weise LEBANON Harold A. "Pete" Weise, 81, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 27, 2014, at the Paoli Hospital. He was the husband of Mae S. Neidig Weise to whom he was married 54 years this past December. Born in Paterson, N.J., on June 26, 1932, he was the son of the late Anthony Sr. and Ethel Courtright Weise. Harold was a member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Lebanon. He was a retired carpenter from William P. Bordner Building Contractor in Hummelstown. After retirement he spent time on his good friend and neighbor's farm and later helping his son continue the farm. Harold was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the U.S. Army. He was an avid baseball fan, playing for Bethel High School in his younger days, and then he went on to play for the Strausstown Chicks, and the Myerstown Legion. Surviving, in addition to his wife, is a daughter, Marie E. Weise of Lebanon; two sons, Thomas L. husband of Jennifer Weise of Lititz, Terrence L. Weise of Lebanon; a grandson, Ross L. Weise; two brothers, George C. husband of Shirley Weise of Lake Wood, CA, Harry C. husband of Darlene Weise of Bethel; three sisters, Barbara M. wife of Monroe Bender of Ogden, UT, Elsie A. Weise of Lebanon, Dorothy W. wife of Harold Seibert of Hummelstown; a sister-in-law, Hattie (Sue) Weise of Myerstown; four nephews; and 10 nieces. He was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony Weise Jr. and a nephew, Randy W. Seibert. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 31, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment will be in Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery, Jonestown, with Military Honors. There will be a viewing from 1 to 2 p.m., prior to the services. kreamerfuneralhome.com
