Jacob D. Putt LEBANON Jacob Dewey Putt, 59, passed away on Friday, July 18, 2014, in his residence after a lengthy illness. He was the husband of Susan Newmaster Putt. He was born in Berks County, on July 7, 1955, a son of the late Harold and Shirley Houck Putt. He was a cabinet maker and he loved the Yankees, Duke Basketball, Penn State Football, and the Flyers. He was a member of the Maennerchor Club, St. Gertude's Club, and he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and step-grandchildren as well as playing golf and cards. In addition to his wife, he is survived by children, Wade Alan Putt and wife, Charlene, and Brady Tyler Putt and companion, Paige Dawson; stepchildren, Tracey, wife of Duane Smith, Robert Nordall and wife, Jennifer, and Amy Nordall; grandchildren, Wyatt Putt and Cadin Putt; stepgrandchildren, Brittany Hartman, Dakota Smith, Gabby Smith, Austin Smith, and Allie Nordall; brothers, Harold "Buzz" Putt and Charles Putt and wife, Desiree; sisters, Cheryl Delp and companion, Jeff Babb, and Diane Impink. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon 17042, where a viewing will begin at 1 p.m. Interment will be made in the Covenant Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hospice of GSH, 203 Hathaway Park, Lebanon, PA 17042.
