Giselle Keener LEBANON Giselle Keener passed away Sunday, August 3, 2014. She was born Giselle Hajdu in Hungary in 1946. She and her family escaped the Russians into Austria in the 1950s. Her family eventually settled in Lebanon. She was a graduate of Lebanon High School. She was preceded in death by her parents and first husband, Jeffery Demmy. She is survived by husband James Keener; sister, Eva LaRue; daughters, Andrea Grumbine of Bethel, Denise Martin of Lake Owego, Ore., Katherine of Kutztown; and grandsons, Evan LaFollette, Jeffrey Deck and Darin Grumbine. She was an avid reader and gardener. She made many friends during her lifetime and will be sorely missed by family and friends. A service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, August 15 at Grose Funeral Home, Myerstown.
