Frances M. Callen HIGHSPIRE Frances M. Callen, 76, formerly of Progress and Lebanon, died Monday, November 19, 2012, in Harrisburg Hospital. She was born in Lebanon, to the late William and Mary Potkamper Callen. She was a graduate of Lebanon Catholic High School Class of 1954, a retired employee of the Commonwealth of PA with 38 years of service, 16 of those years with the Public Utility Commission. She was the former co-owner and operator of the former Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream Shop in Progress. She was a member of Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, Middletown, a breast cancer survivor, an avid bingo player, and loved her cat, "Skitzy". Frances is survived by her loving friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 11 a.m. in Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, Race & Conewago Sts., Middletown with the Rev. Ted Keating, her Pastor, as celebrant. There is no viewing or visitation. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Lebanon. Arrangements are being handled by Fackler-Wiedeman Funeral Home, Harrisburg.
