Michael T. Burdge, Jr. PALMYRA Michael T. Burdge, Jr., 20, died Thursday June 6, 2013, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on Stauffer Church Road in Dauphin County. Born in Lebanon, on November 18, 1992, he was the son of Michael T. Burdge, Sr. and stepmother Andrea of Lebanon, and Lisa Lewis Boyd and stepfather Jeffrey of Palmyra. He was a 2011 graduate of Palmyra High School where he played on the baseball team. He was working at Triangle Car Wash in Palmyra as an Assistant Manager, but was in the process of joining the U.S. Military. Michael enjoyed working on Volkswagen cars, snowboarding, drawing, and hanging out with his friends. Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a brother, Mitchell Burdge of Lebanon; four sisters, Katelyn Burdge of Palmyra, Randi Boyd and Bailey Boyd, both of Mt. Joy, and Madison Burdge of Lebanon; maternal grandparents, Richard Lewis and wife, Patricia of Palmyra; paternal great-grandmother, Cordelia Burdge of Lebanon; and his girlfriend, Hannah Sitler of Palmyra. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Christine Fay Burdge. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. from the Kreamer Funeral Home & Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville, PA 17003. Interment will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra. Viewing will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Kreamer Funeral Home & Crematory to help defray funeral costs.
