David C. Wagner MYERSTOWN David C. Wagner, 66, died Monday, June 24, 2013, at the M. S. Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of Ruth A. (Claman) Wagner, who died March 10, 2010. Born in Myerstown, on December 10, 1946, he was the son of the late Clayton E. Wagner and Minnie D. (Strause) Weiant, of Myerstown. A 1964 graduate of ELCO High School, he served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Zion Evangelical Congregational Church, Myerstown, and the Mt. Aetna Fire Co. He did woodworking and cabinetry for over 20 years and was a devoted family man who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by daughters, Jody Boyer of Myerstown, Angela wife of Barry Nolt of Richland; grandchildren, Emily and Clint Boyer and Kyle Nolt; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 12 p.m. from Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown. A viewing Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment at Zion United Methodist Cemetery, Myerstown.
