Kenneth W. Cook LEBANON Kenneth W. Cook, 65, passed away Thursday, June 27, 2013, at his home. He was the husband of Dale C. Crosby Cook. Born in Boston, Mass., on September 11, 1947, he was the son of Priscilla Wood Cook of N. Attleboro, Mass., and the late Walter F. Cook. Kenneth retired from UPS where he had worked for 34 years. He also worked part time for D.B. Fisher. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. Kenneth was a member of the Open Door Baptist Church, Lebanon, where he had served for many years as the Sunday School Supt. and as a member of the church choir. He enjoyed collecting die-cast cars and especially spending time with his grandchildren. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his sons, Daniel S. and his wife, Karen of Putnam Station, N.Y., Nathan P. and his wife, Tracey of Pawtucket, N.Y., and Stephen J. and his wife, Jessica of Walpole, R.I.; his daughter, Karyn C., wife of Jonathan Burkholder of Lebanon; brothers, Stephen Cook of Claremont, N.H., and Jeff Cook of Woodleaf, N.C.; sisters, Laura Hathaway of Attleboro, Mass., Linda Layton of Rochester, N.H., and Lorna Cook of N. Attleboro, Mass.; and 13 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the Open Door Baptist Church, 875 Academy Drive, Lebanon, PA 17046. Viewing will be held on Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 and Camp Meeting Road, Jonestown, and one hour prior to the service at the church.
