Karen Crain LEBANON Karen Crain passed away on Monday, March 31, 2014, at Good Samaritan Hospital with family by her side. Karen was a 1987 graduate of LHS and a 1993 graduate of West Chester University. She is survived by her mother, Judi Crain, wife of the late Michael Crain; grandmother, Marian Wentz; and her brother, Michael and his wife, Jennifer, and their daughter, Bethany. She was preceded in death by grandfather, Mark Wentz. A special thank you to Dr. Wilson Morris who got her through so many ups and downs and also Kim, for being her friend and helper for the last 12 years. She enjoyed kids - especially Bethany, nature, and animals. Karen had a kind heart. Visitation will be on Sunday, April 6, 2014, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland St., Lebanon. Memorial services will be on Sunday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
