Willie P. Apple LEBANON Willie Pearl "Peggy" Apple, 76, passed away on Friday, July 4, 2014, in her residence. She was the wife of the late Henry Apple, Jr. She was born In Caswell County, N.C., on February 5, 1938, a daughter of the late Louis Johnson and Jerene Mims. She was a member of Bright Side Baptist Church, Lancaster. She is survived by children, Violet M. Apple of Pikesville, Md., Pamela R. Apple of Lebanon, Wayne D. Apple and wife, Robin of Cheltenham, Md., Alphonso L. Apple and wife, Jenell of Lebanon, and Alonzo L. Apple and wife, Angela of Lebanon; grandchildren, Kia Apple, Jarrod Sales, Jesse Sales, Jalisha Apple, Alonzo Apple, Jr., James Apple, Jr., Elijah Apple, Alexa Apple, Andreas Apple, and Anaiah Apple; great-grandchildren, Monroe Sales, Nylah Sales, and Tristan Sales; siblings, Mattie Jones, Lonnie Johnson, Julia Foster, Otha Johnson, and Otis Johnson; sister-in-law, Barbara Apple; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by daughters, Theressa Apple and Wanda Albino; son, James Apple; and granddaughter, Arianna Apple. Funeral services will be Friday at 10 a.m. in Bright Side Baptist Church, 515 Hershey Ave., Lancaster 17603 where a viewing will begin at 9 a.m. There will be a fellowship repast following the funeral service at the church. Interment will be made in the National Cemetery at Ft. Indiantown Gap at 1:30 p.m. on Friday. There will also be a viewing on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, PA 17042.
