DAGMAR ROSAMUND BEATTIE 1918 2010 On Thursday, August 12, 2010 Dagmar Beattie beloved wife of Alex Beattie, Broadview, SK. passed away at the age of 91 years. The funeral service will be held in the Broadview and District Community Centre, Broadview, SK. on Monday, August 16, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Doug Miner officiating. Interment in Broadview Cemetery. Dagmar was predeceased by her parents, Olof and Mary Hanson, step-mother Hilma Hanson, one brother Sidney Hanson, one sister, Phyllis Pitts and two brothers-inlaw, Mike Pitts and Dave Elliot. Dagmar is survived by her loving husband Alex and two sons: Don (Connie) Beattie, Broadview and Ralph (Joan) Beattie, Crooked Lake, six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren: Kim (Dwayne) Groves and their family Ava and Aimon, Leeton, Australia; Krista (Shaun) Wilson and their family Morgan and Jack, Calgary; Aaron (Kathy) Beattie and their daughter Grace, Saskatoon; Chad (Tannis) Beattie and their family Madison and Brooklyn, Saskatoon; Scott (Karissa) Beattie, Saskatoon and Brandon Beattie, Crooked Lake. Three brothers: Doug (Iris) Hanson, Round Lake; Harvey (Lorainne) Hanson, Dauphin, MB. and Glenn (Jean) Hanson, Broadview, one sister Sylvia Elliot, Grenfell, sister-in-law, Anita Bixo, Winnipeg, and also her nieces and nephews. In Lieu of flowers, if friends so desire contributions to the Grace Canadian Lutheran Church, Box 245, Broadview, SK. S0G 0K0 or to the Broadview and District Health Foundation Box 427, Broadview, SK. S0G 0K0 may be tokens of remembrance.
