Francis (Frank) Alec Tasker left this earth suddenly on January 12, 2013, on his way home through Montana. Frank came into the world in Regina, SK on November 17, 1955, much to the delight of his parents Letitia and Lloyd. He loved and was loved greatly by his family - son Colin (Kelly) - sisters Jeannie, Darlene, and Bev - nieces and nephews Tamara, Cameron (Tami) and Bryce who had the privilege of having him as a guiding force in their daily lives, Tiffany, Dustin, Bill, Gary (Trina) and Candace - he will be missed by all.
Frank was a true jack of all trades with more jobs than most could have in two lifetimes. He had a lot of life experiences and lived life on his terms. He went to every place that he wanted to go, had every job that he wanted to have, learned all that he wanted to learn and told all the tales he wanted to tell. His battle cry could have been: "Anything for a Laugh" and there was always a great deal of laughter.
He had the honour to be friends with some truly great people who he met everywhere on his journey through life. You all tried to have as much fun as possible without doing harm to anyone - Frank was always up for an adventure. On his behalf, we thank you.
We are following his wishes to not have a funeral or burial. If you knew him, he would want you to remember him in your own way. There will be an open house to celebrate his life and if you are so inclined, we ask that you stop by Colin and Kelly's on January 26, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. to raise a glass and re-tell the stories he can no longer tell.
