James Snell
January 18, 1959 – November 26, 2012
Lovingly remembered by his daughter Meghann (Trevor), his darling Gaylene, mother Marion, Sister Marilyn (Glen), brothers Rod (Barb), Howard and Allan (Moni), Nephews Danny, Shaun, Scott, Nathan, Michael, Robert, Jamie and Tim, Nieces Amanda, Lindsay and Dana, Great Nieces Avery and Jessa-lynne. Jamie was the youngest of the Snell family and will be missed beyond words. His infectious laugh and smile always defined his presence at family gatherings. His numerous and close friends will miss him but will always remember "our Jim". Jamie was an IT Manager for the Saskatoon Health Region and was very proud of what he did. His work ethic was beyond reproach. Jamie was born in Winnipeg to Marion and Bill Snell, spending the first ten years of his life in Saskatoon until the death of his father when the family moved to Regina. After high school Jamie worked for the Bank of Canada as a Cash Operations Manager in Regina, Vancouver and Toronto. He moved to Saskatoon in 1992 to start a new career and be close to his daughter and family. We have all enjoyed our many precious moments with him. He was predeceased by his father Bill Snell in 1969. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations be made to the Children's Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00p.m. Thursday, November 29, 2012 at St. Anne's Roman Catholic Parish, Saskatoon. condolences may be emailed to
