I had the privilege of knowing Bob as a 'gentle' man - ever ready to enjoy any conversation with insight & humor as well as seeing it as an opportunity to 'coach' people to grow. He was a man of vision & wisdom complimented by a 'bull dog with a new boot' determination to get the job done! He was an inspiration to many & a thorn to others but either way - he was respected & a man of his word, before & after the ballots were counted. God bless you all as you share your memories ....

Sincere condolences to Bob's family. I knew Bob from our NDP work in the 80's and 90's and valued his work and his personality. He will be greatly missed
