HUBER, Donald A.
Don passed away with family at his side on Sunday July 20, 2014 at the Pasqua Hospital in Regina, SK at the age of 74 years. He was predeceased by his parents, George and Elizabeth Huber; brothers Arthur and Ernest; and sisters, Margaret, Eunice and Doreen. Don is survived by Donna, his loving wife of 57 years; daughters, Debbie (Curtis) Bowerman and Tracey Deis; son, Jerry; grandsons, Cole Bowerman, Dylan Bowerman and Michael Deis; twin sister, Deanna Meyers; as well as extended family and friends. He was born in Lipton, SK on October 17, 1939 where he lived and attended school. Don married Donna Halbgewacks and they moved to Regina in 1958 where he started work with Waterman Waterbury. He obtained his Journeyman Plumber and Safety Certification and continued to work in the construction industry until his retirement. Don had many interests and hobbies and was gifted in oil painting, art framing and wood working. He could always be found working in the yard or around their home. He loved his family and enjoyed meeting people. Don was loved and respected by all those who knew him and he was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Don may be made to the Regina Humane Society, P.O.
