SAUVE - On Saturday, July 26, 2008, Alain Joseph Zeke Sauve, Montmartre, Sask., passed away at Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 55 years. Zeke is survived by his loving wife, Joan, his children, Tracy (Rob) Thompson, and their son, Rhett; Melinda Sauve, Regina, Sask.; and Trent (Genie) Sauve, Calgary, Alta.; his father, Dan Sauve, Montmartre, Sask.; his sisters and brother, Lillian (Bob) Deringer, Montmartre, Sask.; Aurela (Ed) Runge, Indian Head, Sask., Lisa Booth (Gerald), Montmartre, Sask.; and Danny (Stacey) Sauve, Kipling, Sask., as well as his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his mother, Estelle in 2000 and his nephew, Justin Booth in 1986. Family was #1 in Zeke's life, followed by a close second was his love of hockey, farming and auctioneering. He touched the lives of many people and he will be greatly missed. The family would like to thank Unit 6F of the Regina General Hospital for their care and kindness. The funeral mass will be celebrated in Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Montmartre, Sask., on Thursday, July 31, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. By the Rev. Joseph Infante. Cremation with a private family interment in the parish cemetery.
