Cliff, late of Milestone, SK, passed away on Friday, February 8, 2013 at the age of 87 years. He is predeceased by his wife Maxine, parents William and Florence Treleaven, as well as numerous brothers and sisters. Cliff is survived by his four sons, Marvin (Judy) of Lang, SK, Rocky of Milestone, SK, Ivan of Leduc, AB and Blaine (Shelly) of Moose Jaw, SK. Cliff leaves grandchildren, Adrian (Katie), Duane (Jamie), Lexi, Jordy (Sarah) and Jessie (Jeff); great-grandchildren, Ireland, Cody, Chance, Tyler and Edward. Cliff, better known as "Yogi", was born on October 21, 1925 and was raised in the Big Muddy. Cliff attended a country school near their home. Cliff spent time working on farms as well as the coal mine. Cliff married Maxine on November 19, 1948. They located briefly at various places in Saskatchewan then farmed in the Ogema district until 1956, and finally on a farm in the Milestone district. They later moved into the town of Milestone in 1959 where Cliff worked for Quigley's plumbing, McGloughlin and Clarke Plumbing and Heating, which he soon became the proud owner of. Cliff had a passion for sports, trucking, as well as plumbing and heating. Cliff was involved in community affairs as well as fastball. Yogi was known for his quick wit and great sense of humour and always ready to lend a hand. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at the Milestone Memorial Rink, Milestone, SK with Judy Beck officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memoriam to the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan Inc., 301, 2550 - 12th Avenue, Regina, SK.
