I am so sorry to learn of Reid passing away. I knew from speaking with Aunt Eva the end of November that he was not doing so well. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Treasure the memories, they are precious. Unfortunately we had not seen you all in a very long time but I do have many special memories from when we were kids.
Take care!

Karen, Brey and Lex. Gwen and I are truly saddened! We have many great memories. He was a fine person to have as a partner, now they are all gone. It's what we leave behind that really matters and Sask has many examples of Reid's excellent contributions to the Profession.
Wishing you well in the future. Billand Gwen Morley, Victoria

It was with quite a bit of sadness that I heard of Reid's passing. I have not worked with Reid for quite some time (likely the 80's) but remember him as one who was great to work with and made projects enjoyable. He always offered a friendly hello and chat whenever we met over the years. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

To Karen and family. It was with great sadness to hear of the passing of Reid. I will always treasure the memories of Reid and I being Rider season ticket holders, working on cars and hanging at the Pattison's house on 3rd Avenue. He was always there for me to listen and help guide me through tough times. He helped me choose the right path in life and I am grateful to have him as a true friend for many years.

I am sorry to learn of Reid's passing. As my friend and college roommate, his sense of humour and fun-loving spirit helped me get through those times when the workload seemed impossible. Reid was a great guy and will be missed by many.

Our sincerest condolences to Karen and family on Reid's passing.
We were best friends, when we were kids.
We came out of a rough and tumble neighbourhood, unscathed, but street smart and eventually professional.
We had outrageous adventures.
And sobering reprimands, from our mothers and from the city's finest.
We invented what was probably Regina's first air band, a tribute to the Dave Clarke Five, and people wanted to pay us to perform. We were too naïve, and humble, to realize what we had created.
We sought out cool cars and cooler chicks.
Our attempts were more catastrophic than those depicted on the Big Bang Theory.
In our hey-day, our group of friends was a franchise of the many notorious groups of the neighbourhood informally known throughout the city as, The Scott Boys.
On a whim, we'd pull an all-nighter or a red eye, and drive to Winnipeg or to Calgary, just because we wanted to do it.
Reid was a groomsman at my wedding.
And then our university paths took us in different directions.
He was the best male friend I ever had, or ever will have.
I know he would have wanted all of us to celebrate the good times.

Hi Karen, Lex and Bray ... my sincerest condolences and I'm so sorry ... when I was a student I worked for Reid and I learnt so, so much from him...he was a friend, a mentor and an incredible inspiration to work with ... A Brilliant Architect ... some of the projects that we did together were Ochapowace School, the Bayer Cropscience building, the Paul Dojack center, Regina Pioneer Village, plus a bunch of others ... Reid sat right beside me and was always there for questions and advice ... I especially enjoyed the Friday end-of day breaks where we'd all kick back and relax after a busy week ... I'm so saddened and so blessed that our paths crossed ... Marcia and my thoughts are with all of you through this tough time .... God Bless

My sincere condolences to Reid's family and friends in this time of sorrow. Many years ago, I met Reid in the Architectural Syllabus here in Regina and it was nice to see Reid advance in the profession of Architecture to own Pattison MGM Architects. Reid made many terrific contributions to the built environment of Saskatchewan.
