Earnest Torrence Obituary

Ernest Randolph "Ranny" Torrence, 72, of Ft. Worth, Texas, died on Friday, Sept. 28, 2012, at Ft. Worth.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the Patoka United Methodist Church in Patoka. Burial will be in Patoka Cemetery, with the Rev. Clayton Coffey officiating. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until time of services on Thursday at the church. Memroials: Patoka United Methodist Church or Dido United Methodist Church in Ft. Worth, Texas. Mr. Torrence was born on May 8, 1940, in Patoka, the son of Paul Randolph Jr. and Lora Ellen Paine Torrence. He married Peggy A. Green on April 3, 1958, in Cornith, Miss.
He is survived by his wife; daughters, Kelsey and her husband Bob Larson of Bluford, and Susan D. Torrence of Lincoln, Neb.; and sons, Greg Torrence and his wife Susan M. of Centennial, Colo., and Rich Torrence and his wife Janette of Patoka.
