Larry Dean Cunningham, 64, of Brownstown, died on Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, in his home.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday at St. Elmo Christian Church in St. Elmo, with the Rev. Tom Fedrigon officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Christian Church Cemetery in Sefton Township, rural Brownstown. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Friday at Hohlt and File Funeral Home in Vandalia. Mr. Cunningham was born on Feb. 25, 1949, in Vandalia, the son of John Edward and Minnie Virginia Depew Cunningham. He married Linda Rose Brazle on Sept. 3, 1988, in Brownstown.
He was a retired truck driver, and a member of St. Elmo Christian Church and the Chuckwagon Round Table.
He is survived by his wife; son, John Edward Cunningham and family; stepdaughters, Rhonda and her husband Jerry Rhodes, and Lori and her husband Carl Portz; grandchildren, Dustin Rhodes and his wife Kristin, Jacob Rhodes and his wife Tasha, Elizabeth and her husband Jonathon Rodgers, and Thaddeus Portz; great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Rhodes, Oliver Kreke and Lillian Rodgers; sister, Hazel and her husband Steve Hurst; brothers, Burt Cunningham and Mike Cunningham, and their families; half brother, Jerry Brown and family; aunts, Mary and her husband Dean Pryor, and Lois and her husband Roger Frailey; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
