Terry L. Gray, 78, of Crockett, Texas, formerly of Brownstown, passed away on Monday, Nov. 18, 2013, at his home.
Services were held on Monday, Nov. 25, at the First United Methodist Church in Crockett. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery in Ponca City, Okla. Callaway-Allee Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be shared at www.callawayallee.com.
Mr. Crockett was born on July 31, 1935 in Van Alstyne, Texas, the son of Chet and Joy Gray.
He retired from Exxon with 23 years of service, he managed the CME plant in Latexo, and in 1987, he opened and managed the Edward Jones office in Crockett until 1994. He was an Army
veteran, and a member of the Gulf Coast Mensa Society, Lions Club and Rotary Club
. He attended First United Methodist Church in Crockett.
Survivors include his wife, Darlene; daughters, Teresa LeGault, Tamara and her husband Todd Baston, and Toni Gray; brother, Ronnie Gray and his wife Helen of Decatur; sister, Connie and her husband Ronnie Eakin of Vandalia; and three grandsons and three granddaughters.
